When I first received my vagabond mini I turned it on and all the lights came on. I haven't used it at all since today and I plugged it in to make sure it was charged and all of the lights came on indicating that it was fully charged. It works fine when plugged into the wall but once I unplug it it turns off and none of the lights come on. I've checked the fuse and everything looks normal. I'm assuming that this is some internal problem and I'm going to call customer service when they're open Monday, but I thought I'd ask if anyone else has had this problem in the meantime.

On the Vagabond mini, plug the charger into the wall first. Look at the charger block and make sure the LED is green solid. Once you plug it into the inverter, it should turn red. There are no lights on the VML indicating charge status when plugged in. Once the charge is complete, the LED on the charger block will turn green. If charging doesn't happen via the inverter, try directly to the battery. This will help us know wher the fault lies.

When I plugged the charger back into the inverter it blinked red about six times then went solid green. I then plugged it into the battery and it stayed green without blinking. I then unplugged it and turned it on and nothing happened.

Plug the charger into the VML, then wiggle the Anderson connector to see if you can get the light on the charger to turn red. If that works, you might be able to fix the problem by spreading the metal tabs.

BigIronCruiser has some good advice. Also, we need to know what the LED on the charger block does when the charger is plugged into the wall only.
