My honeycomb grids will not stay in the reflectors anymore. Has anyone else experienced this??

I have not heard of this, but I suspect the spring tab on the outer diameter of the grid has become compressed (or may be missing, though that is doubtful). If it has compressed, it should be fairly easy to bend back out to create more tension when installed.

Are they both PCB reflectors and PCB grids?

Do they "pop" out (i.e. with force) or do they fall out (i.e. when tilted down)?

They fell out.
I think I resolved the issue. I squeezed the reflector an now it fits the way it should.
