I'm interested in purchasing a few of these and am curious how they mesh with the PocketWizard TT5 units. First off, do they even accept those units and how would they be connected? Second, would I be able to utilize the short flash duration with the HSS functionality of the PocketWizards? And lastly, are these units capable of slave mode? |

to use the Flex tt5 on the E-640 you will need a cable to connect the Flex to the E-640 it is a mini jack but I have used the stereo minis 1/8" If you use the flex or a mini TT1 on camera you will need to order the Power MC2 from PCB As to hyper sync these are not speed lights |

All of our lights have a slave eye built into them. Yes, you can use a TT5 as a standard reciever, but you will not have any other control. They would be connected via 1/8" mono plug cords. No studio light can perform HSS. However, with the MC2, HyperSync is available. Please see these threads regarding hypersync: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1580&start=0&hilit=hyper+sync viewtopic.php?f=8&t=67 |
