Is there a way to change the CyberCommander's default ISO value in such that it remains persistent while changing batteries? If not, then can it be saved to an SD card?

ISO will revert to 100 when power is lost. Also, this is not a function that is saved as part of a set up. However, you can offset ISO with CAL (in the same screen). CAL can be saved as part of a set up.

What are the odds of adding this in a near-term firmware update?

I can't give odds. Too far out of my control. However, your suggestion has been noted.

Thanks. IMO, it would be best to make ISO a "sticky" setting, such that it would always revert to the most recent setting following a hard power reset.
