Hi All first post. I got my AB800's yesterday and was playing in the studio trying to learn them but I could not get them to fire with a wireless remote trigger. Optical was fine as was pc sync however nothing with a wireless remote. I use Trigmaster Plus by aputure remotes and have found them wonderful for all my other equipment but they wont fire the bee's. Is there something I am missing? I connected them thru the jack port on the back (pc sync). They run 2.4g just like pw's etc. Any ideas? |

Are the cords you are using stereo or mono (Stereo has 3 pieces of metal and 2 plastic insulator bands. Mono has 2 metal pieces and 1 plastic band)? It should be mono, as stereo cords may not pin out correctly. Did you get the cord from Radio Shack by chance? |

They are stereo. Came with the triggers. No radio shack in Australia :) I will look for some mono ones and let you know. |

Remotes that support AF for camera triggering cannot use a stereo cord. |
