Try connecting the JRX to the REMOTE slot only. Plug one end of the 1/8" cord into the SYNC port on the Bee, but don't plug the other end of it into the JRX. This is called a "dummy plug" and it disables the Bee's slave eye. I haven't used Radio Poppers but this is the correct way to connect PCB's CSR+. With the CSR+ the signal to fire the flash is sent through the REMOTE port and the SYNC port - but only one or the other should be connected to a strobe at the time. I presume that this would be true for the JRX also.

Do you have another JrX receiver?

How did you get those down in Australia? I thought they didn't release non-US ones yet?

Try using the Model=Off on the light and Model=On in the RP. Otherwise, this is a question for Radio Popper.
