Hello

My Einstein will not fire. Everything is up to date (firmware etc) and is in working order. Unit hasn't been dropped etc , it just stopped firing. It is NOT over heated (modeling lights are off) Replaced fuse and flash tubes and still nothing.

HELP!

Assuming there are no remotes controls and there is power to the LCD screen, if the light does not fire, it will need warranty service. Please contact Customer Service to see what arrangements need to be made to do so.
