Hi all,
I have a Vagabond Mini, and sometimes I want to keep it in storage for a while.
It's mentioned on the website, that the battery should be discharged for long storage.

Im not sure how to discharge the battery,
and appreciate if you can let me know how.

Thanks!!
:D

I think the recommendation is to store the battery at 50% charge. It is easy to discharge the battery... just use the mini. You don't have to run flashes with it, you could run a small lamp or laptop or other low wattage device.

It's a pretty mute point. Storing the Mini battery at full charge won' have a significant effect on battery life. We just repeated the recommendations from the battery manufacturer. I doubt if it would make a 1% difference either way. The thing to avoid is storing batteries at full charge at high temperature - IE in a car trunk.
