Yes. SETUP>LIGHTSETTINGS>POWER=STANDBY. Be sure you select the appropriate channels. For long term shut off (overnight), I would suggest switching off via a power switch or circuit breaker as well, as a stray command from a Cyber Commander could turn them back on. These can come from a neigboring CC, a rebooting CC, an extra CC you have on hand, or a CC that is being played with.
