Hi guys, I have a Einstein light that has an occasional miss fire. The ready light will go red to green and the ready beep sounds but no flash. This is using the test button... Any ideas? Thanks Guys... |

Maybe a loose flash tube? Or maybe a bad test button? Does it ever misfire when you trigger it to make an exposure? How do you trigger it? |

Trigger it using a using a cactus 4 or the test button...either way does the same thing. Yes, it happens when I'm shooting with it.. Thanks for your help ltwimberly. I will check the flash tube... |

it sounds like you are pushing the test button too quickly before the flash has enough time to refresh itself. this shouldn't be an issue if you are using a sync cord to the einstein. |

The light will still fire even if not fully recycled. If the tube reseat does not work, contact customer service, as I doubt there is a user rectifiable solution. |
