Hi there, My Einstein E640 has been working well but is now not firing. Here's somethings that are working though: - the cyber commander is synchronizing well with the E640, ie. the controls are all working - the functions on the E640 are all working - I have changed the fuse on the E640 but it is still not firing - the E640 beeps when functions are activated (whether on CC or on E640) but it's not firing Appreciate your kind advice! |

Does it fire when you push the test button on the back of the Einstein? How are you triggering it to fire? |

If you have an extra tube, try swapping the flash tubes. Otherwise, you should contact customer service for warranty service. |
