One of my new Einstein units will not fire reliably. The flash tube is obviously working as it does fire some of the time but not all of the time. This occurs whether I fire with the CC or directly with the test button. I am not trying to fire it rapidly and am waiting an extended period of time between test fires. The other two units are working perfectly. I am befuddled. Please help.

Does it fire reliably at low or high power but not the other end? Also, check that theh flash tube is fully seated. You may also swap tubes to ensure that it is not the tube (it is possible still). Note wheter it follows the tube or the head and contact customer service for appropriate warranty service.

One of the posts was not fully seated. I adjusted it and now it fires perfectly. Thanks for your prompt help.
