Just updated my CC firmware to v40 and now both my CSR+ have stopped working with my CC???
I have two CSR+ that are not triggering 2 AB1600 from my CC - both using the same exact set up described below? Yet in same set up 4 other E640 trigger perfectly?
I have done the following for the CSR+ setup:
- Set frequency & Channel to match CC setup
- set AB1600s in CC
- powered everything in this order - AB1600 with CSR+ inline, then connected dummy cable, then JR11 cord
- test button on CSR+ fires AB1600
- CC test firing is not recognized by CSR+, nor is a test firing from a CST trigger recognized by CSR+ ?
What am I doing wrong? Is this a factor of the CC firmware update as all was working prior to the update?? Or is this a user error as the equipment can fail identically for 2 CSR+ receivers, while all E 640s work?
Please advice ASAP as I am now late on a major shoot ASAP?

Frequency setting will revert on the CC when an update is done. So even if the frequency matched before, double check afterward. Make sure you have white dashes under each channel to indicate the Cc has them turned on. Also try the REFRESH command, which is up on the right joystick and/or try firing both lights from the ALL position before firing individually.
