Have have a 6 month old CST that is very inconsistent when firing our strobes. I've tried it on several different cameras and they all are the same. I don't think it is making a good connection with the hot shoe. If I push down on the transmitter and hold it down it fires every time, but as soon as I let go it fires 50% of the time. Anything I can o to adjust it or does it need to be sent in for repair/replacement? |

If the CST fires reliably from the test button and when pressed down, it sounds like the contact ball is not touching. Please contact customer service, they will be able to get this solved for you! TS |
