Just purchased the Cybersync transmitter and receiver. No matter which light I put the receiver on (main, fill, hair or back) that light fires at full power. The other lights always fire at correct setting. I'm using Alien Bees 800s and one 400. I've moved it around to every light to see -- always the same. What am I missing? Using the Canon 5DM2 with transmitter.

do you have + recievers (ones with a telephone jack)? if so, and you do not have a Cyber Commander, be sure you are not using the telephone cord, but the 3.5 to 3.5mm (headphone jack style) cords. The telephone cord will override the back panel.
