My Vagabond had an inverter replaced by AB, but when I am on a 2-light shoot, I can get about 2 dozen flashes before it starts whining. by cycling off and then back on, I may squeeze out a few more shots before before it won't fire at all.

Should I get it looked at again?

It sounds like a bad battery. These batteries like to be fully charged at all times, and charged immediately after each use. If it not used on a regular basis, then topping off the charge every month or two will maintain the battery. A replacement battery can be purchased, however, we reccomend sending the unit in for service. In addition to the battery, we will also make sure the charger is fully functional, as well as look over the rest of the unit as well.
