Hi all I recently ordered a replacement modeling light for my einstein as the last one stopped working (took it out, black inside, light bulb dead). I just put the new one in (ordered from PBuff), in it's place, and the light levels coming from the bulb are in no way reacting to any of the settings on the back. Turn the power way down, the bulb is still going full pelt, turn it off - the light is still on, it reacts in no way at all. And it's so piercingly bright due to the fact that it won't turn down that smoke started coming out from the heat in the 5 minutes i spent trying toget the thing to turn down. Does anyone have any ideas? Could it be a link in the einstein itself that has become faulty when the last bulb died? Thanks in advance, Matt |

It's possible there could be an internal problem with this unit. Please call customer service. |
