Hi,

I have four Einstein units and fans on two of them are making horrible noise for a couple of minutes when starting up.

I wonder if this is a common problem or my lights come from a batch with low quality fans?

The noise is getting ridiculous and is very embarrassing. I'd like to get replacement fans and I would change them myself as I can't afford to stay without strobes for several days.

Can this be done? Hopefully the replacement fans will be of better quality.

We do not offer internal parts for replacement. Any such self repair would void the warranty. You can contact our Customer Service department to get an estimate on turnaround time for a repair.
