does anybody else have this problem?

i have 3 chargers for my 3 vml battery packs.
i for each pack

2 of my 3 chargers l.e.d. lights are flashing rapidly a green light while they are charging the battery which i don't think is normal.

these just arrived wednesday ( a few days ago) so they are brand new.

anybody else have this issue?
