I just purchased an ABR800, but when I hit the model lamp switch nothing happens. I've read the manuals and can't figure out why the lamp does not come on. Am I missing something?

Likely, there are model lamps that have failed. There are two strands of four lights. One strand makes a + shape and one strand makes an x shape. If one light goes out, then the whole strand goes out. If the right two lights go out, then both strands will go out.

There should be 3 replacement model lamps that shipped with the light.
