Vagabond Mini Lithium If I plug the charger into the wall - no light is on. Once I connect it to the VML unit - the LED light on the charger turns green although the unit is only at 1/4 power. The unit and the charger are only a couple months old.

I presume this is not normal.

No, it is not. If the LED is not on when plugged into the wall, but turns green when plugged into the VML, then the LED is being powered from the battery. Customer service can get this resolved quickly for you.

hmmm, been wondering about that myself...
Although behavior otherwise seems normal... the LED is red until the battery is charged. But if I unplug form the wall and leave plugged into the battery pack, the charger light stays green (powered by the battery).

Is that an issue I need to be concerned with? Or just be sure to unplug everything when the battery is fully charged?

No reason to be concerned, that is normal, as the charger is directly plugged into the charger. I would disconnect everything. The LED will draw some power, albeit a small amount. Over time this can substantially drain the power in the battery.
