I have ordered Vagabond mini 230 VAC and Alien Bees 1600 220 VAC from Australia ( normally I would like to order from USA, but PC buff didn't accept visa card from Laos and also didn't ship to Laos ). My Alien Bees 1600 220 VAC works well with 220VAC home outlet, then i have charged the Vagabold mini 230 VAC as manual. I have connected vagabond mini 230 VAC with charger and plugged in to home out let (220 VAC), the red light shined on battery charger, for 3-4 hrs, the green light shined on battery charger ( means fully charge ), Then I turned on vagabond mini the 3 green light shined ( 3/4,2/4,1/4 mean fully charge ) then I plugged the Alien Bees 1600 220 VAC to Vagabond mini, and turn on the Alien Bees 1600, it didn't work, the green lights on 3/4,2/4,1/4 were off ( means battery is finished ) I try to recharged many time and try to connect, but it was the same, not working.
So anyone here has the same problem please share your idea, I stay in Laos, I don't know that PC buff will be responsible for this.

That sounds like a problem in the battery portion of the unit. You will need to contact Paul C. Buff Australia for warranty service.
