I also have a Manfrotto 025 Superboom and echo ImageX's thoughts.... the thing is a beast and will hold anything you throw at it. Inside the studio (with casters) it is fantastic. It is a geared boom meaning that you can rotate the light from the low end by turning a crank. However, it is also very heavy, very $$$, and not friendly for location work.
Other good options are the Avenger D600 (boom arm) and Avenger A4039CS (combi-stand). Lighter duty options are the Avenger A475B and Manfrotto 420NSB (both combi-stands) but I wouldn't trust these lighter stands with a B800 and 47-inch octa.
Also remember to get a drop down pin and safety cable to complete the package.... and more sandbags, water bottles, your or whatever your chosen stand weight is.
