:| I am ready to purchase a set of Einsteins but first wanted some input regarding the ruggedness of the units. I want to use these primarily for location shooting. I'm in Florida so will probably end up at the beach quite a bit. Always the possibility of sand, dirt, hot sun, and moisture.

I'd really like to get the Einsteins but not sure if Alien Bees would be better suited for this kind of abuse.

Either would be equally fine, and both are used frequently in that environment. Either way, you do not want to introduce water (especially saltwater) or sand to the units.
