Really, this is somethign that should go to customer service, and I applogize that you did not get a response. If it has been within the past 2-3 business days (i.e. since late friday), we are working through the holiday rush, so repsonses may seem slow.

However, to answer your question, we do not have any plans to produce a different strip box at this time.
