Why is someone posting political talk on space dedicated for technical questions/concerns on a good quality product(s)? I know that photography is a business and all aspects of life affect it, but putting out personal opinions based on that person's own heritage and mixing it with business SOP does really defeat the purpose of this portion of the forum. This company doesn't want to sell to states or areas because of politics, that's fine, but please post it elsewhere. Life is too short for some and wasting valuable precious mental energy on politics and personal opinions is photodefeating. (Yes, I made that up but get the jist of the word!) Shoot and make great photos and enjoy your life! |

If you are referring to the posts re: the state of California posted by "LUAP", then that is Paul Buff posting on his own forum regarding the business he owns. LUAP is PAUL spelled backwards, BTW. |

Seriously, your first post here is telling people what they can or cannot post? |

We are happy to sell to California residents, just not to CA State agencies. I take great offense as a member of the United States of America when one of these "United" states chooses to boycott businesses, residents and agencies of an adjoining state. So as an independent businessman and proponent of a United America, it is my prerogative to refuse to sell to the offending state, but to welcome it's residents. |
