I have two Hensel Integra pro lights and want to purchase two more strobes. I want the white lighting units but I need to verify that they work with the Hensel soft boxes and beauty dishes I have. I have heard mixed information about it. I know the mounting system is the same type. I also know the size of the ring neck is very similar but I want to know if i can put a Hensel speedring soft box onto a white lightning head?

I have looked all over and no one has posted doing this successfully. Thanks for your response as I am really interested in the Lightning units.

The softboxes will probably work if you replace the speedrings w/ Balcar mount speedrings. Look at the Bowens Quickring and buy a Balcar insert for it.

For the BD, if you can unscrew the Hensel mount on it, you should be able to graft a Balcar ring onto it (probably the kacey one).
