Was shooting with my Einsteins yesterday. On one of them, the fingers would catch when collapsed and not want to release without a lot of fiddling with the lever. Is this a common problem? How easy is the fix? I'm a machine design engineer, machinist, I have a good selection of small files and other tools for sorting out issues on metal parts, but don't want to void the warranty by pulling screws. Any advice? |

Yeah call customer service they are great. PCB really stands by their stuff and have swapped stuff out for the smallest problems. |

But if it's a 10 minute fix to pull it apart and smooth out a rough edge, I'd rather just do that than send it off. |

That would need to come in. It would probably involve more than just filing a rough spot, and self repairs inside the light will void the warranty. |
