Is there a way to purchase replacement housings for the AB800 units? I am a 3rd generation owner of my grandad and dad's AB800's and the both have a small crack in their housings. Plus they are two different colors, would love to get them the same color.

I'm also curious about current cost for replacing housings for my AB400s

I called in a couple years ago and I think they said it would be like $30-40 to do this. I can't remember now though.

The Tech FAQ says this about repairs:

"There is a standard $50 non-warranty service charge for all White Lightning and Zeus units and a $40 non-warranty service charge for AlienBees units that are no longer covered by our factory warranty. This charge covers most standard repairs. Occasionally there are repairs needed that require additional service charges."

So I'm guessing it's $40.

If that is all you are doing, then it is $40, including shipping within the U.S. If more repairs are needed, then it will still likely be the $40, though extensive repair may be more.
