I'm having issues with the size of the chord that goes from my transmitter to my Rebel T2i. The part that plugs into the camera body is too big and does not fit. Do I have to buy another chord? :?:

The cable supplied with the Commander a 10" long 2.5mm male mono plug to pc. Is there a reason the CC is not mounted to the hot shoe? If the cable is not the one stated above please call customer service. 800 443 5542 or local 383 3982.

Also, the transmitter and cyber commander should slide into the hotshoe without the need for a cord. However, the rebel series cameras do not have a PC terminal, and a hotshoe adapter would be required for you to be able to use a PC cord (the style included with the lights an transmitter).

I think you mean, "rebel series cameras do NOT have a PC terminal"...
