I am traveling to Stockholm Sweden. I was wondering if I will be able to use my Alien bees there? With an adapter. Im told the current is 230 there.

Unless you specifically ordereed 230V Alien Bees (and it does not sound like you did), then you will need either a 120VAC Vagabond battery (any of which can charge in a 120V or 240V environment), or a true magnetic transformer (the power of which will vary depending on number of lights and how you expect to shoot). A simple plug adapter will not allow Alien Bees, White Lightning, or Zeus systems to work in 240VAC locations.

Einstein, however, is compatible globally from 95-265VAC with no changes required except a plug adapter, or appropriate power cable.

So I was lucky enough to find a Vegabond ll a while back. So with this I will be able to plug in with simple plug adapter?

I will be shooting pretty constantly in a central location. Probably with 3 lights. So would I be able to say charge and shoot at same time if needed? I don't want to burn anything up.

Yes, you can use a simple plug adapter or an appliance cord with the correct male ends.

Also, yes, you can charge and shoot simultaneously. However, you cannot use the modeling lamps (you can use them briefly and preferably at a reduced power for composition) and if you shoot at a fast/powerful enough rate, you can drain the battery faster than you can charge it (i.e. you will get more time than with the battery alone, but it may not be infinite).
