I have two CST transmitters and two CSRB receivers...one of the transmitters is not firing either of the transmitters. These are the things I've done to test the transmitter I suspect is faulty:

1. Checked frequency (pressed test button three times on CST to reset frequency)
2. Changed frequency on receiver and did the same thing as above on transmitter
3. Changed batteries and did the same...no change
4. One transmitter triggers both receivers and one doesn't

Does anyone have another suggestion...I appreciate the help!

On the suspect CST, when you press the test button, do you get a red LED? If not, turn the battery over and try again (the larger and typically smooth and shiny side is the positive side. This side should go face down into the battery drawer).

If you do not get an LED when using a known good battery (just because it is new, does not mean it is good. Use the other CST to verify), look into the battery compartment. In the back, you should see a metal strip. This is a battery contact, and if flattened or out of shape, may not make contact with the battery. Straighten this contact, and pull it toward you if necessary and try again.

For thoroughness' sake, The frequency dial has a slot cut into it, with one end having a deeper cut which appears darker. This end is the frequency selector. Often, users think the dial is set to "5 and 13", when it is really 5 OR 13. Be sure the deeper cut ends match.
