Hi a have a question

I use ab1600 with scr+ and one (transformer 220 to 110 ) in germany.

The trouble is .If I plug the with the cable up scb+ works an I can adjust and fire ab1600 with my cybercommander . But if I turn the plug with the cable down scr+ do not works an i can not fire the studioflash or adjust them.

all another devices (pc,laptop, ect )works equals cable up or cable down no matter.

can you explain me what is the matter ?

why i do not get answer from technical support ?

The remote system uses a reference voltage from the hot to the ground. By rotating the plug, the plug, you are reversing the hot an neutral, and the reciever cannot get a reference. This is can be expected.

I am not sure how you contacted technical support, however, it can take up to two business days for email response, particularly during high volume times, such as we are currently experiencing.

Yes. This is not abnormal. Just make sure the plug is oriented properly.
