By "accu", I presume you mean accumulator or battery? It is possible the battery is getting old and reaching the end of its service life. In the US, one can take the battery to an auto parts store to have the battery tested under load. I am sure the same can be done in Europe, if not at an auto parts store, then at a battery specialty store. A visual inspection could show swelling, cracks, leakage or corrosion, as well a sulfur or rotten egg smell could be present. Any of these observational problems would indicate a bad battery.

You may wish to test the charge voltage of the charging system as well. Disconnect the battery from the inverter, making sure the leads do not touch if left on the battery or on the inverter. In either case, this can cause damage, and potentially a fire (just like any battery). Plug the inverter into the wall outlet and leave it switched off. Meter the voltage coming from the red and black wires or connections on the inverter. This should 13.6 to 14.2VDC (optimum being 13.8VDC).

Also, it could be an increase in ambient lighting that would cause the LED to appear dimmer.

The minimum capacity battery for a VII inverter would be about 11Ah. Otherwise, as long as it is a 12VDC battery, it can be used.
