I'm been using the 8.5-inch High Output Reflector for shooting basketball and volleyball by bouncing off of the gym ceilings. Would I be better off using the 11-inch Long Throw Reflector when bouncing to help keep the light concentrated over the court? I’m using four Einsteins and my results have been good I'm just trying to get the results even better.

Thanks for the help,

Jason

It very well could. The area where the light does hit will have more light concentrated on it, and therefore more light bouncing from that area. With any light bouncing, there will be light scatter from the bounce, and by concentrating the light, less light will be scattered to areas that are not needed to be lit.

How well this will work may vary depending on how the ceiling is designed, but you should have a net gain in light.

PS - I should have read the description closer I really didn't need to post the question.
