I have a cybercommander with some einsteins. I want to be able to connect a csrb+ to my Nikon sb900 flash and control the power level with the cybercommander along with my einsteins? Can I do that?

No. You can trigger, group, meter, and include/exclude in groups, but you cannot adjust power. The control interface and the means of control are completely different between the two.
