Hello! I have had the AB400 with the CSR+ and cyber commander for a while now. Everything was working perfectly fine until my last session. For half the session it worked perfect and then all the sudden the dump light came on and my cyber commander will not fire.

If I unplug my CSR+ there is a green light on the AB400. I have changed out the telephone cord.

Please help!

How are you powering the AB400?

Double check the Cyber Commander to make sure you have a vertical blue bar. If you do not, first make sure you are in the ALL channel setting, or on a specific channel (i.e. CH01, CH03, etc.). If you are in a GRPxx setting, then the light is not selected in a group, and is doing as it is told. If you are in a GRP setting, scroll to the right with the left joystick until ALL appears.

Also, make sure all buttons are pushed in and the power slider is set to full on the back of the light.

If you are set to ALL, and have a vertical bar outline, but no blue and no white dash, then the light is set to STANDBY in the CC. Refer to page 32 and 33 in the new CC manual to switch the light back to ON (the "power" section). http://www.paulcbuff.com/manuals/cc.pdf

And the question re: the means with which you are powering the light is a valid question.
