Have an issue with a B800 only firing on max power. Doesn't matter if the power bar is full power or turned all the way down, it still fires at the same level.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Do you have anything plugged into the telephone style remote port? If so, unplug that and see if there is any change. Otherwise, the slider is probably faulty, which would require the light to come in.

Nope, everythings unplugged. I'll ship it in to you guys then.
