Located in Quebec, Service Camera Pro is authorized to perform both warranty and non-warranty repairs on Paul C. Buff™ products. Using this repair center in Canada allows our Canadian customers to have quality service for their equipment without the added expenses and extended turnaround time involved in shipping the equipment across the border to our facility. Service Camera Pro can perform both warranty and non-warranty repairs on Paul C. Buff™ flash units and flash heads / power packs, including all AlienBees™ flash units, all White Lightning™ flash units (including both current X-Series™ models and retired UltraZAP™ models, ZAP™ models, Ultra™ series models, and White Lightning™ 5000 and 10000 models), and all Zeus™ flash heads and power packs. They can additionally service LG4X™ remote controls and older Paul C. Buff™ remotes. At this time, all warranty and non-warranty repairs of Einstein™ units, Vagabond™ systems (both the current Vagabond Mini™ Lithium and older systems), and CyberSync™ transmitters and receivers still must come directly to Paul C. Buff, Inc.™ for service. As these lines include our newest products, we are only authorizing repairs and service performed in-house by the Paul C. Buff, Inc™ repair team. Additionally, AlienBees™ Flash Unit and Zeus™ Power Pack Warranty Upgrades can only be performed at our Paul C. Buff, Inc.™ headquarters. l'm from the area of this repair facility and l know them since many years. They have great service and support. This is a really good new. Hope in the futur they will support Einstein unit ! Good move :D |

I do wish that they get the Eistein training soon too. I just bought 2 units with tons of accessories and I was really glad to see they will be doing repairs in Quebec. Unfortunately for me, they won't repair my things! :) Definitely a very good step forward and can't wait to see where this goes! :) Awesome service guys, keep it up. |
