Post subject:  Flash Einstein E640
Hello my name is Shed Mojahid and i from Belgium.

1 year since I use two flash Paul c Buff and 2 Mini Vagabonds but the Einstein E640
meet a lot of problem with fixing hooks, whenever I want to put a soft box or other accessory
I find it very hard to open or close and it is often blocked. It is like that since I bought it
How to fix it ???

That will require the light to be returned for warranty service. Contact the distributor from whom you purchased the light for specific details on how to make the return.
