Hensel has two mounts, the old MH mount which is the same as the old Bowens Mount, and the new, smaller EH mount. None of them is compatible with Elinchrom or PCB. The only way to attaching a PLM is by using the standard umbrella hole. Hensel has a similar market position in Europe as Profoto in the USA - very expensive, and slightly overrated. The company also sells Aurora softboxes in Germany, prices are 2-3 times higher than anywhere else. PLM speedring for Hensel might be a big success.
By the way, Elinchrom has a second mount, a smaller one for the portable Ranger equipment. Elinchrom's adapter allows using the normal big mount in the smaller flash heads but it costs as much as an 86" PLM. A PLM speedring for the small Ranger mount might drag a lot of attention because the PLMs are very suitable for mobile use.
Another extremely popular mount is Bowens' current mount. It is not compatible with the PCB or Elinchrom mount. Almost all Chinese and relabeled Chinese strobes have that mount: Jinbei and the one that is so extremely popular in Europe, "Walimex", which is relabeled Chinese crap and sold at outrageous prices because people believe it's German because ist is sold by a German company.
In other words: more Speedrings might sell many, many PLMs more.
