I have 3 Einsteins and the mounting blocks on 2 of them are cracked, I previously replace one which was my fault but is there a problem with the molding of these they seems to crack at mold marks on the blocks, I don't over tighten them on the light stand I usually leave the some what loose so I can move the light from left to right . Any thoughts or remedies for my problem.. Thanks Kelly

Replacement mounting blocks will resolve this. We have reworked them, so you should not have the same troubles again. Customer Service will let you know if yours can be covered under warranty.
