Hi guys. There is an issue with my Vagabond Mini.

When I plug battery into the charger it won't charge. Charger LED stays green (does not depend on charging via inverter or battery directly).
Turning inverter ON makes charger led turn red for a few seconds, then returns to green.
Inverter shows 3 LED's in the "fuel guage"and green LED in USB port, when turned on with charger plugged. Stays "dead" if turned on without charger.
If I plug my strobe into the battery and turn it on with charger connected, it doesn't work.

Is it really dead after just few months of use, or can it be something fixable?

There could be a bad controller in the battery itself. No, this does not generally happen, but we do offer a year warranty on the products, so it should be covered under warranty if it is only a few months old. Please contact the distributor from whom it was purchased for warranty service details. Even though it is likely the battery, the whole system may want to be checked out just for the sake of thoroughness.
