Hi!

Haven't used the VML for a long time and now when I try to use it I get no power from it. I have charged the battery and all the LEDs are green. I have also tried to charge my iPhone from the USB but it does not work either.
If I connect the charger to the inverter and put it on it still not get any power from it. Even though if I disconnect the battery from the inverter and connect the charger to the inverter I still get no power. All the LEDs are green and it looks like everything is working fine. Have also changed the fuse.

Is it possible to get power from the inverter when the charger is connected but the battery is disconnected? If not it might be the battery I guess. But if it is possible to get power without the battery connected then the battery might be fine.
Any ideas?

Do you have a green LED next to the USB port, either when using the battery or when the charger is connected? The USB port would probably not charge your iPhone, as it is a .5A output, where as iPhones now require at least 1A.

Yes, the LED next to the USB port is green when using the battery or when the charger is connected.
Oh, that explains why I can't use the iPhone charger. Just used it to try if there was power in the USB-port.

If you are getting all 4 LED's, but do not get any AC power (I presume you tried both outlets), then there is a fault in the inverter, which would require us to get the unit back for repair. There is a 1 year warranty on the VML. Please contact the supplier from whom you ordered the Vagabond for repair options.

Yes, I tried both outlets but no AC power and all LED's are green. I bought this from PCB EU so then I'll send it back to them to repair it. But will they repair it or do they send it to you to repair it? In that case I could send it directly to you.
It's now around 1,5 years since I bought it so no warranty left I'm afraid.

You will need to first contact PCB EU and see what the options are for you. Before you send a light to us, you will need to contact our repair facility to for details regarding any out of country repairs.
