Hello all,

I am travelling to South America where the electrical voltage is 240V. I think the spec's for the Einstein units says I can just plug them in to that voltage without the use of transformers. I would love to take one of the strobes with me to use but don't want to fry the unit. Can anyone confirm this?

Thank you,

Fred

Yes, all you will need is a power cord that will connect to the plug type used in the country you are visiting.

Confirmed! This was all I needed. With an inexpensive plug adaptor to plug into their outlet types everything worked perfectly.

Thank you!

Fred

Yes, Einstein automatically adjusts the voltage going to the model lamp, thus making a model lamp change unnecessary.
