I am putting together Pelican cases and softboxes for some shoots that I have to travel via plane for, so i need to know what the collapsable length of a few soft boxes/octaboxes are before I order cases, and softboxes/octabox:

32"x40" Softbox
10"x36" Strip box
35" Octabox
47" Octabox

Sorry for the delay. I think you spoke to someone via phone, but here are the measurements for reference. The diameter of the speedring is about 7.5", as well.



32"x40" Softbox-30"
10"x36" Strip box-23"
35" Octabox-24"
47" Octabox-29"
