Do you have any suggestions/recommendations for a boom/grip which can be used with the 13 ft HD light stand and B800?

Amazing boom arm, easily adjustable from the end even when fully deployed, built like a tank, drop down pin, very strong. I recommend the stand with castors too.

I would not recommend this boom with our lightstands, as they are not designed for a stud mounted boom. Use a boom with a clamp that mounts to the shaft.
