Hello, I purchased a used vagabond 2 unit with a dead battery. I replaced the battery with a 20Ah battery and used it fine for a few shoots. Then when I used it again doing some rapid shooting with 2 A800 Aliens the unit stopped working, I noticed it blew a fuse. I replaced it with a 30a fuse and everything seemed to work fine until the next time when I went to use it, same thing 2 A800s firing full power and then it died again but this time started to smoke, I disconnected the power and now every time I try to reconnect the battery the inverter smokes. Any idea what could be the problem?

We would need to look at the inverter to know what happened. The fact that it is smoking means you should immediately discontinue use and have the unit in for repair before it is used again.

You can contact our repair department to see what the estimated repair charge is, and how long it may take.
