Do einsteins only receive with transceivers and transmitted with transmitter or can you use receivers as well to receive.

If you are asking if transmitters and receivers are interchangeable, then no. There are dedicated transmitters and dedicated receivers within the CyberSync line. While technically "transceivers", as they communicate bilaterally, each component has a dedicated function.
