I want to hook this up to a speedlight, and would like to know what female connectors/jacks are on the CyberSync™ Receiver Plus - CSRB+

it's a 1/8" jack...they come w/ a PC sync port cable if your speedlight has that. Otherwise, you need a hotshoe w/ that kind of plug.

Actually not so perfect, 2.5mm or 1/8th?

The CSRB+ has a 1/8" female. It also has an RJ11, but you should not use that for a speed light. If your flash has a PC or 1/8 connection, cords are included to connect to the flash. If you need a 2.5mm cord, those are available here: http://www.paulcbuff.com/sccstaux.php If you need an adapter for the foot of your flash, you can use the one here: http://www.paulcbuff.com/slfa.php
